Cutting-Edge Technology: Ultra-Thin Design, Unparalleled Performance

With its ultra-slim design of just 1.9mm, the Atlas Pro brings the mousepad closer to the desk surface, providing a seamless and ergonomically comfortable experience. Surpassing the 2mm mark, the Atlas Pro is the world's thinnest glass gaming mousepad, measured across its entire structure. This thickness includes the rubber base, with the tempered glass layer itself measuring a mere 1.1mm.

This impressively thin profile allows the Atlas Pro to blend seamlessly into modern computer setups, while keeping the wrist relaxed during extended gaming sessions. Minimizing the difference in height between the desk surface and the mousepad creates a seamless contact feel, resulting in more intuitive and precise mouse movement without compromising the stability or durability of the mousepad.

'The Atlas Pro was an opportunity for us to challenge ourselves in a product category that doesn't change much,' said Charlie Bolton, Global Head of Design at Razer. 'By rethinking how a glass surface should look and feel on a desk, we created a thinner, more refined surface designed to seamlessly integrate into modern computer setups. This approach led to the creation of the world's thinnest glass mousepad.'

Redefining the Limits of Glass Mousepads

When Razer launched the first Atlas in 2023, it made its mark as the first glass mouse pad to feature a fully rubberized underside, offering greater stability and reduced noise compared to traditional four-legged designs.

As glass mousepads became more popular, the pace of innovation in this category slowed down. Most designs had similar thicknesses, often over 3mm, with improvements being gradual rather than truly groundbreaking.

With Atlas Pro, Razer aims to push those boundaries and once again redefine what a glass mousepad can do.

Optimized for Performance and Accuracy

Beyond its slim profile, the Atlas Pro is specifically engineered for professional competition. Its tempered glass surface provides a smooth glide and extremely low friction, making it particularly suitable for FPS players and aiming exercises requiring speed and consistency in mouse movement.

To ensure reliable tracking on such a thin surface, the Atlas Pro features a 2µm micro-etched texture, designed and tested in collaboration with Razer's leading sensor partners. This texture ensures the sensor performs accurately and consistently across a wide range of motion, DPI levels, and gameplay styles.

Durability for Everyday Use

Atlas Pro achieves impressive thinness without sacrificing durability. Constructed from premium tempered glass, the product's surface has undergone rigorous testing to ensure consistent performance over time.

With a hardness rating of 9H on the Mohs scale, the surface is resistant to scratches from everyday items like keys, pens, and coins. The protective coating allows for quick cleaning, keeping the mousepad clean and looking new during daily use. Valuable details include:

  • CNC Rounded Edges: The edges are machined with high precision, providing a smooth and comfortable feel for the wrist during extended playing sessions.

  • Larger Touch Area (500 x 400mm): Provides ample space for mouse movement, supporting the large-amplitude swipe gestures favored by professional gamers.

  • Non-Slip Rubber Base: The rubber base covering the underside ensures the mouse pad grips firmly to the desk surface, guaranteeing absolute stability and consistent operation in all situations.

With Atlas Pro, Razer sets a new standard for glass mousepads through its groundbreaking thinness and exquisite craftsmanship, delivering a modern glass surface that harmoniously combines technological innovation and contemporary aesthetics.
