Essentially, this is an improved version of the original Zombie Mode in Crossfire: Legends. In this new mode, 24 players compete in a match on one of two maps: the Imperial Mausoleum and the Ancient Arena.

When a match begins, some players will be randomly transformed into Zombies and one player will become a Terminator. Both sides will have the same goal as in the traditional game: the Zombies must infect all Warrior players, while the Warrior side must survive until the end of the match. However, there will be some differences in the gameplay, centered around Supply Crates and Special Supply Crates. These are key items that determine the strength of both sides.

For the Warrior side, Supply Crates can provide weapons such as Grenades, Flashbangs, Bazookas, etc. In the final moments, Heroes will pick up Special Supply Crates to transform into more powerful Heroes. On the Zombie side, supply crates will help evolve, increase health, level up, and if enough crates are collected, they can transform into powerful Terminator forms.

Based on the key character evolution of the two factions, the Ultimate Zombie mode also introduces four new character types, including two Ultimate Heroes: Sun Shang Xiang - a Master Hero, and two Ultimate Terminators: Evil Terminator and Demon Terminator.

Female idol YunYouYou officially makes her debut.

Besides the exciting Ultimate Zombie mode, Crossfire: Legends version 2.0 also introduces a special female character named YunYouYou.

She is the first debut member of HeartShot, a high-quality band in Crossfire Legends. YunYouYou is also a true eSports girl, who enjoys playing Crossfire: Legends - King of Shooters, loves anime, and recently started collecting mystery boxes.

YunYouYou's appearance is designed to be incredibly impressive, combining idol-style dresses with the characteristic colors of her respective faction. The Global Risk faction's outfit consists of a white dress paired with a long-sleeved jacket and a cream-colored hat, evoking a particularly pure and innocent feel. Conversely, the Black List faction's outfit is a combination of a pleated skirt and a thick vest-style jacket commonly seen in schoolgirl uniforms, along with a dark purple tone that exudes a mysterious and alluring charm. YunYouYou's special outfit is entirely idol-style, featuring a stylized pink lolita dress, short platinum blonde hair in a bun, high boots, and combat accessories.

Besides her stylish and beautiful appearance, YunYouYou also possesses impressive skills that allow her to support her teammates through random in-game talents such as: speed boost, quick gun rotation, grenade defense, flash defense, and fall prevention, etc.

Even more special, YunYouYou is a 'limited edition' character that can only be obtained through YunYouYou's secret gacha. This gacha is only open in Crossfire: Legends for one month, from March 3rd to April 3rd. Therefore, owning this character will represent a significant level of prestige that no one else will be able to acquire after April 3rd.
