A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed five-star characters that will be returning in the upcoming 4.6 update. Developer HoYoverse has confirmed the arrival of a new five-star character, Arlecchino, the long-awaited Pyro user, also known as The Knave.

As the roster of playable characters in Genshin Impact continues to expand with each new version of the game, HoYoverse has introduced four limited-edition five-star characters in each update. These characters are distributed across two banner series, and they are always accompanied by three four-star units.

The current Phase 1 of Genshin Impact 4.5 features the new five-star character Chiori, along with a familiar face, the notorious leader of the Arataki Gang known as Itto. Both characters possess a Stone Shard, which is quite unusual as the HoYoverse frequently introduces two five-star characters with different elemental powers. A new post on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has revealed more information about upcoming banners that will appear with the 4.6 update. According to the leak, players can expect Genshin Impact Version 4.6 banners to feature Arlecchino, Lyney, Wanderer, and Baizhu.

It's safe to say that players are most eagerly anticipating the release of the five-star fire-wielding character, Arlecchino, who has appeared numerous times in the game's official storyline. While she's been portrayed as the main antagonist of both the Inquest of the Divine Fontaine, many players expect her to turn to the good side, similar to how the HoYoverse altered the Wanderer's personality. When it comes to her power on the battlefield, Arlecchino is rumored to be a new fire-based DPS character with a unique skill set.

Arlecchino also belongs to the well-known group known as the Fatui Army, comprised of high-ranking officers serving the Cold Gods. She will be accompanied by Lyney, which makes sense given their strong connection in Genshin Impact's main story. Similar to Arlecchino, Lyney is a powerful fire character who thrives when placed in a diverse support team with many units of the same element.

Wanderer will be the third DPS character to appear in this update. He's reserved for the second banner phase, where he'll appear alongside Baizhu, Genshin Impact's support character Dendro. While HoYoverse hasn't yet provided any official information on the update's release date, players can expect Genshin Impact Version 4.6 to launch around April 26th.
