Spiders Studio, the developer of Greedfall, has gone bankrupt!

In a recent report, three of NACON's subsidiaries, Spiders Studio , Kylotonn, and Cyanide, filed for insolvency.

Earlier this year, NACON filed for emergency insolvency after its parent company revealed serious financial difficulties. Now, NACON's subsidiaries appear to be in the same predicament.

According to Game Developer, Spiders Studio , Kylotonn, and Cyanide have filed for bankruptcy and are undergoing a legal restructuring process. This process will temporarily freeze their outstanding debts while the companies are under supervision, a period that could last up to 18 months. 

During this period, studios will have the opportunity to propose a plan to restructure debt and work towards business recovery.

Spiders Studio and Cyanide are two well-known names in the gaming industry, known for the Greedfall and Styx series. Kylotonn, on the other hand, is the studio behind the World Rally Championship series.

In addition to these three studios, NACON Tech – NACON's motion capture technology company – has also filed for bankruptcy.
