STALKER 2: Cost of Hope has been released!
At the Xbox Partner Preview 2026 event, GSC GameWorld officially unveiled the Cost of Hope expansion for STALKER 2 .
In this expansion's storyline, players will once again take on the role of Skif and embark on a new adventure. Furthermore, every decision you make throughout this adventure will have enormous consequences for the entire The Zone.
In terms of content, GSC Game World promises to introduce a host of interesting characters, memorable stories, and continue to deliver the chilling atmosphere that the series is known for.
Furthermore, the developer stated that Cost of Hope will take players to two new locations – including the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant (CNPP).
Currently, Cost of Hope doesn't have a specific release date, but we know the expansion is expected to welcome the STALKER 2 community this summer.
