Arena of Valor was officially taken over by Riot Games in June 2024.
After numerous rumors circulating within the gaming community, Riot Games, the publisher famous for League of Legends, has officially announced that it will take over Arena of Valor from Garena in June 2024.
This is a truly shocking event for the Vietnamese gaming community, especially those who love Arena of Valor. Many have expressed their joy and excitement, eagerly awaiting the new changes that Riot Games will bring to this game.
According to an announcement from Riot Games, after taking over, they will rename Arena of Valor to 'Mobile Battlefield' to unify the brand with the PC version. Simultaneously, Riot Games will also implement numerous updates to gameplay, graphics, the hero system, and skins.
Some notable changes include:
- Rebalance the power of the champions, reducing the disparity between strong and weak champions.
- Improvements to the rune and equipment system give players more options in building their playstyle.
