After establishing itself as a worthy successor to the iconic Silent Hill franchise and achieving tremendous success with the original project Cronos: The New Dawn, developer Bloober Team is preparing for another major breakthrough this year.

The compelling figures from Bloober Team's 2025 financial report, recently released by investment firm Strefa Inwestorów, clearly illustrate its remarkable success. Specifically, the company's net profit surged 150% year-on-year, reaching $52.6 million and breaking its own record set in 2021. Simultaneously, total revenue also recorded a 67% increase, reaching $149 million.

Undeniably, the excellent remake of Silent Hill 2 and the original game Cronos: The New Dawn were the two driving forces behind this spectacular growth. These achievements not only solidified Bloober Team's position but also transformed them into a leading new force in the horror game genre.

Fueled by a string of successes, the studio is currently focusing its efforts on developing seven new projects simultaneously. According to leaked information, this list includes: remakes of Silent Hill 1 and 3, Project H, a Switch exclusive titled Project M, a sequel to Layers of Fear 3, a new franchise inspired by the iconic Resident Evil franchise, and a mysterious project potentially linked to Netflix.

The gaming community has every reason to expect that the studio will officially unveil some of these key projects in Q2 2026, most likely at upcoming summer game showcase events. The studio's original IP assets are also predicted to continue booming after the impressive performance of Cronos: The New Dawn.

Among the projects currently in development, the Resident Evil-inspired game is likely to be the first to be released, with rumors suggesting it's scheduled for release later this year. Additionally, reliable insider Biohazard Ultimate revealed that remakes of Silent Hill 1 and 3 are expected to hit the market in 2027 and 2028, respectively.

For new IPs, Bloober Team has high expectations for Project H, which the studio internally considers its most ambitious new franchise to date. However, as of now, all details about this blockbuster remain strictly confidential.
