RAEV: Kingdom on the Distant Shores opens Closed Beta

RAEV: Kingdom on the Distant Shores is currently in Closed Beta on Steam from March 26th to March 30th, allowing players to experience early a kingdom-building game on a much larger scale than traditional city-building games.

Instead of managing just one city, players will develop an entire interconnected network of cities on a continental scale.

In RAEV: Kingdom on the Distant Shores , players start from a small settlement of adorable fox inhabitants (Raevins). From there, you will expand into multiple interconnected cities through trade, resources, and development strategies.

This Closed Beta is just a test version currently under development. Developer Ravine Games stated that this is not the complete experience and feedback from players will help shape the game's final direction.

In addition to building, players must also manage leadership, send expeditions, develop trade, and defend the kingdom from external threats.

The gameplay focuses on large-scale strategy.

Unlike traditional city-building games, RAEV: Kingdom on the Distant Shores allows players to develop multiple cities with different roles. One city might focus on commerce, while another specializes in resource extraction or military operations.

Weather and environmental conditions also directly impact gameplay. From the Black Forest to the Frozen Wilderness, each region has its own resources and challenges, forcing players to adjust their strategies accordingly.

Additionally, threats such as looting, monsters, or ambushes require players to build defenses and train troops.
