Leaked information about the Fallout 3 remaster comes from an unexpected source.

A pre-order page for a Nuka Cola-themed character model related to 'Fallout 3 Remastered' has appeared online.

Whether it's Todd Howard's veiled remarks in recent months, or the constant speculation from industry insiders and leakers, remakes of classic Fallout titles seem inevitable. While the ever-evolving world of Fallout 76 has benefited greatly from the attention surrounding the television series, the lack of a completely new Fallout game has been pointed out by almost everyone.

Reviving some post-apocalyptic RPGs is one way Bethesda could capitalize, and with the resounding success of last year's The Elder Scrolls Oblivion remake, there's evidence suggesting it would be a worthwhile endeavor. New Vegas and Fallout 3 are the most frequently mentioned titles when it comes to remakes, and now evidence of a Fallout 3 remake has been spotted in the product listings of an online toy retailer.

MacFarlane Toys is an online store selling game and entertainment-related merchandise, including a plethora of figurines based on everything from Mortal Kombat and Batman to Warhammer 40k. You can even find some Fallout collectibles there, with models of an NPR from New Vegas, Lucy and the Ghoul from the TV show, and more. However, one eagle-eyed fan spotted a model related to the Fallout 3 remake in a series of upcoming MacFarlane products.

Reddit users apparently discovered this first after browsing an article from ToyNews, a website that regularly reports on new product launches and compiles product listings from retailers like MacFarlane.

In this website's March 9th post about new products listed on Bro Depot, a service that allows you to pre-order MacFarlane items, there is a description that reads: 'Elite 7-inch Edition – Fallout 3 Remastered – #13 T-45B Nuka Cola.'
