Adventure gameplay combining combat and exploration.

In Splatoon Raiders, players control a customizable mechanical Inkling, joining the Deep Cut crew from Splatoon 3. The game is set on the Spirhalite Islands, a land full of mysteries and dangerous enemies.

The gameplay retains signature elements like ink-shooters and melee weapons, but is expanded with a vast world exploration mechanic. Players can find treasure, gather resources, and craft new weapons such as axes or ink-shooting turrets.

Salmonids enemies and a world full of potential.

One of the main threats in the game is the Salmonids, a familiar enemy in the series. However, in this version, they play a larger role in the storyline and combat system.

The trailer reveals that the game leans towards an open-world design, allowing players to freely explore different areas of the island. This marks a significant shift from the linear gameplay of previous Splatoon titles.

Amiibo was newly released on the same day as the main release.

Alongside the game, Nintendo also introduced a new set of Deep Cut Amiibo figures featuring Shiver, Big Man, and Frye. These figures will be released on the same day as Splatoon Raiders, providing additional content and features to support the game.

With its focus on single-player experience and expanded gameplay scale, Splatoon Raiders is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the Splatoon franchise, while attracting both new players and long-time fans.
