Starfield has a release date set for PS5!
Bethesda has officially confirmed that Starfield will be available to gamers on PS5 in April 2026.
In a post on its Twitter page, Bethesda announced that the game will be available for PS5 players on April 7th. Furthermore, the game will also receive Free Lanes (a free content update) and Terra Armada (a paid story expansion) on the same day.
On the PS5 side, the game will take advantage of all the signature features of the DualSense controller, such as Adaptive Triggers, to bring a new depth to the player experience.

The controller's light bar will display the character's health bar, as well as the spaceship's, or you can use the controller's touchpad to quickly switch between first-person and third-person perspectives.
Currently, Starfield is scheduled to be released to the gaming community on PS5 on April 7, 2026, at a price of $50 for the standard version and $70 for the Premium Edition.
